Atlas Edition
Atlas Edition includes all the available features for rapid application development of cloud applications, as well as the devops tools for opearating the workloads.
It provides capabilities for end-to-end development process from database modeling and management, through RESTful services authoring using various dynamic languages, to pattern-based user interface generation, role-based security, external services integration, testing, debugging, operations, and monitoring.
Enterprise JavaScript Development
JavaScript Engine included is based on the GraalVM JavaScript implementation. It supports also the synchronous programming model in contracts to Node.js which makes it very easy to learn and use. The latest ECMA specification is supported as well as the Common.js one for compatibility reasons. The JavaScript Enterprise API is fully supported in this package.
User Interfaces
User interface for browsing and searching within the published content. Authoring of the user interfaces is powered by the in-system development environment where every change can be immediately visualized in Preview area. The different major frameworks can be combined due to the syndication layout chosen.
Debugger
The Debugger enables you to monitor the execution of your code, stop it, restart it or set breakpoints, and change values in memory.
Git
The Git perspective allows you to fully control your code and manage repositories. Sharing, cloning, pulling and pushing the changes can be done directly from the browser. You can change and checkout branches, stage and unstage files before commit and push them to the remote repository.
Databases
The Database perspective features a database explorer and manager, a console to execute SQL statements and to preview results in table format.
Jobs
Support of scheduled jobs as triggers for backend services invocation. This asynchronous execution of tasks is supported via jobs entities. The regular time of execution can be specified in CRON format and the handler which will be called is written in JavaScript. Jobs can have input parameters, which can be fulfiled on manual execution via a form interface.
Business Processes
Support of business processes defined in BPMN 2.0 and executed by the underlying BPM process engine Flowable.
Document Management
The Documents perspective provides capabilities for Document Browser, Document Viewer, Import and Export of files, ZIP compressing and decompressing.
