CODBEX TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by CODBEX, may harm CODBEX or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) is owned or licensed property of CODBEX or its licensors or other third-party providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, nothing contained on the Services shall be construed as conferring any license or right, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights. CODBEX uses open source software in connection with its Services. Any use of open source software provided by CODBEX is subject to the terms of the Eclipse Public License 2.0, which can be found at https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-2.0/. Your use of any open source software included with the Services is subject to the terms and conditions of the Eclipse Public License 2.0.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.s provided. CODBEX does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the services or as to the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information provided through the services.

CODBEX does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any product or service offered by a third party through the services and will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services. CODBEX disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any content or information stored on the services. CODBEX does not provide any warranty or support for any third-party software or applications, including but not limited to any open source software. Your use of any third-party software or applications is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.
